Something I learned because of this card: I'm disappointed to say I couldn't find any information on the two Major League players who had back to back five-hit games as mentioned on the back of this card. For free anyway. As much as I use Baseball-Reference, I could probably get my money's worth nerding out with its Play Index service.

Stevenson might be the first one I've profiled this year who was not on his team's Opening Day roster. Four weeks in and I may have found another thing to track. Woohoo!

As a RC, this is Stevenson's first Opening Day card.


However, in a case of blink and you might miss it, Stevenson was featured in Series 1 with the same pose but in a different uniform. Imagine if this was a case of being a short print photo variation instead of just a change in photo between sets!


Stevenson might also be the first one I've come across to be left out of his team's Factory Team set.
